The myKindo school shop is our preferred method for all school payments. Please visit our school shop regularly to see new activities as they become available. Everything from sports registration, camp payments, fundraising and school lunches etc.

Donations

At Windy Ridge School, we have opted to participate in the Government School Donation Scheme. This scheme provides schools with a set amount of annual funding based on the number of students enrolled. The purpose of this funding is to help cover the costs of curriculum-related activities, including classroom resources, school trips, and other learning opportunities that are directly linked to the school curriculum. 

Because we receive this government funding through the donation scheme, we are not able to ask whānau for additional donations or charge fees for trips or activities that are part of the curriculum. This ensures that all tamariki have equal and fair access to learning opportunities and resources. 

The only exceptions to this are overnight camps and extra-curricular trips or activities, such as after-school sports programs and theatre trips. These experiences go beyond the standard curriculum and may require additional contributions to cover costs. 

Although we cannot request donations, we are allowed to accept voluntary contributions if you wish to make one. Any voluntary contribution helps support the school and enhances the learning experiences we can offer, but there is no obligation to contribute.

Lunches

Students can order a freshly made, hot or cold lunch. Orders can be made before 9am via ezlunch.co.nz. or sushiday.co.nz

All lunches are delivered clearly labelled with name and room number and arrive at the school office in time for lunch.

Payments can be made in a variety of ways, the easiest of which is by ezlunch account. You can also pay in advance, or pay as you go by bank transfer, account2account transfer or credit card.
